I have decided to add "props" to my photo sessions. Nothing too over the top, just a few of the pettiskirts for dress up and little items I have found along the way (cool baby hats, vintage blocks, cashmere shorts to cover up baby's diaper, bubbles etc...) I would love any suggestions from anyone. After taking photos of those little girls in those skirts, I realized just how every girl loves to twirl around. My daughter is more of a tomboy, but still loves it!

Princess fun
I just got these pettiskirts from the same website I found the tutu on
www.fancythat1.etsy.com ! These little girls loved playing "princess" in
these skirts. You can order almost any color you want and they are very well
made with adjustable waists!

My birth announcements
I know a fantastic graphic artist who just finished custom designing my son's birth announcements. They are beautiful! I highly recommend her for announcements, cards etc.
You can find additional samples at www.indovinadesign.com

I have returned
I recently took some time off from my photography to have a baby! We welcomed sweet Benjamin Hollis on April 30. I am now back in my element and have 4 photo shoots scheduled. I did a newborn photo shoot last week and loved being back. There is nothing sweeter than a newborn baby, so tiny! The below photo is from that session.
I am wanting to add different elements to my photo sessions and have found some fun pieces off off www.etsy.com. My favorites are these great wraps for newborns from www.tonsyn.etsy.com. She doesn't have them posted, but will knit one upon request:
My other favorite store on etsy is www.fancythat1.etsy.com She makes adorable tutus among other things. I took a picture of my daughter in her tutu from there. I also plan on doing a princess photo special bringing along a few tutus and petticoats for the little girls to wear!
